Send usyour best, most interesting recipe. Do your cupcakes have
a flavorful frosting, unusual topper, or filling? Doyou make them from a one-bowl
yellow cake with added fold-ins or chocolate cake with surprise fillings? How about
mini angel food or sponge cake creations, or a spin on one of these classics: carrot,
red velvet, or coconut? The cupcakes can be fruit-filled after-school treats or spicy
and elegant ganache-topped cakelets baked in cupcake pans.
We’re lookingfor recipes that feature fresh,frozen, or
canned salmon. Perhaps your recipe is for soup, salad, or pasta—filled with chunks
of cooked salmon. How about fresh salmon steaks or fillets that are sauteed, broiled,
baked, roasted, or grilled to flaky perfection? Tell us how you add glaze, sauce, or rub
to make the salmon recipeyour creation.

entries are allowed, but each recipe must be submitted as a separate entry and each entry must
meet the following requirements:
A recipe may be submitted in either of the two monthly Categories. Write or type on each
entry the Category you wish to enter. Each recipe may only be submitted for judging in one
Category. Multiple entries may be submitted in the same envelope.
Recipe entries must be original, and cannot have been previously published, won another
competition or contest, or been used for advertising or promotional purposes.
