Vanilla Sponge Cake
Ingredients
Refined flour (maida), sifted
Butter
Eggs
Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar
Vanilla essence
1 cup

Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/350 °F/Gas Mark 4. Line an eight-inch cake tin and
grease it well
Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
Beat together eggs, Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar and Vanilla essence till light
and creamy.
Gradually fold in the flour, stirring with a light hand only in one direction.
Now add melted butter and mix evenly.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for twenty five
to thirty minutes.
When done, remove onto a wire rack and let it cool completely before icing it.
For Sugar Free Natura powder concentrate users, please use 25 measures of the special
spoon provided in the pack. 1 special spoon (0.5g) = 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
