During my weight loss journey, I exercised
no matter how painful, tired or lethargic I
felt. Without it I would not feel good. Today
exercise has become a part and parcel of who
I am. For me, exercising is not just about
burning the calories I consume, it is also about
moving my body to make it stronger and fitter.
