1. In a small bowl, stir together cumin
powder, chilli powder, salt, Kashmiri
mirch, and cinnamon.
2. Spread popped popcorn in an even layer
in a large baking pan. Coat with a non-
stick cooking spray or brush very lightly
with cooking oil. Sprinkle the cumin
mixture evenly over popcorn; toss to coat.
Makes 12 servings.
Indian Spiced Popcorn Prepare spiced
popcorn as directed above, except
tsp curry powder,
tsp ground turmeric, and
ground black pepper for the cumin, chilli
powder, Kashmiri mirch, and cinnamon.
